These terms apply when you use the Shatla Store website or app and when you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to place orders. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. The details you give us, such as your phone number and delivery address, must be correct so we can deliver your order.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Plants are living things, so each one can look slightly different from the photos in size, shape and colour. Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD) and may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive your order number. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and refund that item.
Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card or KNET through our payment provider’s secure page, or in cash on delivery. Coupons apply only under their stated conditions and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
We deliver within Kuwait to the address you choose at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive the order and that the address and phone number are correct. You can follow your order’s progress in Track Your Order.
Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Return Policy.
Plant care
The care guidance we give is general advice. How a plant grows also depends on its light, water and conditions after delivery, which are outside our control.
Use of the website and app
Don’t misuse our services, for example by trying to access other customers’ information or disrupt our systems. The content, logos and photos on our website and app belong to Shatla Store and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We aren’t responsible for delays or problems caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the State of Kuwait.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown when you placed it.
