When you create an account, shop or contact us, we collect:

• The delivery addresses you save
• Your orders, cart and wishlist
• Messages you send us, for example through the Contact Us form

Payment details

Card and KNET payments are made on the secure page of our payment provider, MyFatoorah. We never see or store your full card number. Cash payments are collected on delivery.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

• To process, deliver and support your orders
• To manage your account and keep it secure
• To send you messages about your orders and your account, such as order updates and password reset codes
• To answer your questions and improve our store

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the store:

• Our payment provider, to take payments
• The people who deliver your order, who see your name, phone number and delivery address
• Service providers who host our systems and send our emails
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Cookies

Our website uses only cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, remember an applied coupon, and carry your progress through checkout and password reset. These cookies are encrypted and can’t be read by other websites. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we protect it

Your password is stored in a form that can’t be turned back into the original, connections to our website and app are encrypted, and only staff who need your information to serve you can see it.

Your choices

You can view and update your details and addresses at any time in My Account. To have your account and personal information deleted, contact us and we’ll take care of it, except for records we must keep by law, such as order and payment records.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For important changes we’ll also let you know by email or in the app.
